South Korea’s top sports brand Nassau joins hands with Olive Creative and genome data company MyGenomeBox

Nassau Co., Ltd., a leading Korean sports brand, and Olive Creative, a sports content company, are partnering with MyGenomeBox, a genome data company, to provide genetic data related to football performance.

On the 20th, the three companies held a signing ceremony at MyGenomeBox headquarters in Incheon, marking the official start of a business collaboration. Through this partnership, amateur athletes participating in Nassau-hosted tournaments will be able to access personalized genetic analysis services via MyGenomeBox Soccer.

Olive Creative plans to integrate MyGenomeBox Soccer into its SoccerPie app (powered by the ISDA platform) and will also produce related content.

The MyGenomeBox Soccer service uses a simple saliva sample to analyze an individual’s genome. Based on the results, it provides insights into traits such as speed, endurance, strength, flexibility, and social interaction, and recommends customized training and nutrition plans through big data analysis.

Jeong Ui-seok, CEO of Olive Creative, stated:

“Through MyGenomeBox Soccer’s genome analysis, youth players can now understand their potential and identify which areas need more focus and improvement.

We aim to make this service widely accessible through our blockchain-based SoccerPie app.”

Ju Eun Hyung, Chairman of Nassau, commented:

“We plan to expand this service not only to parents of youth players participating in Nassau events but also to amateur athletes.

What was once expensive and exclusive to elite athletes?personalized training and nutritional plans?will now be more accessible for the general sports community.”

Park Young-tae, CEO of MyGenomeBox, added:

“Our mission is not just to provide genetic testing, but to deliver personalized solutions across various industries like sports.

If we can help youth athletes achieve better results through customized training and nutrition?rather than one-size-fits-all programs?it will make a real impact on the global football scene.”
